PRINCIPAL DUTIES. The Employee's principal duties under this Agreement shall be to act as Technology Executive of Copyright Control Services, a division of the Company, and to perform the upper level managerial duties associated with that position and more completely described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated by reference (the "Job Description"). The Employee shall report to the Company's most senior operating officer.
