Perform other duties as assigned EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. 4th or 5th class operating engineers and/or significant associated experience 2. Extensive experience with BAS and HVAC systems. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: 1. Must be able to speak, read & write in English 2. Excellent verbal and written communications skills required 3. Follow instructions both written and verbal. 4. Maintain a professional demeanor at all times with fellow employees and customer. 5. Accomplish all duties and tasks as assigned.
