PRINCIPAL PLACE OF PERFORMANCE. The principal place of performance of this contract shall be within the site outlines of the Rocky Flats Environmental Technology Site, near Golden, Colorado, and such other facilities as may be leased or acquired from time to time. All deliverable items shall be delivered to the Contracting Officer or designee, unless otherwise specified.
