PRINCIPAL PLACE OF PERFORMANCE. The counties served through this Grant include: Brown, Doniphan, Jackson, Jefferson, Marshall, Nemaha, Pottawatomie, Shawnee, Wabaunsee. The target population served by this grant includes Youth in the custody of their parents or in DCF custody placed at home, currently receiving family preservation services, who would qualify for FFT services.
