Common use of Principal Place of Work Clause in Contracts

Principal Place of Work. The Executive shall perform her duties primarily at the Company’s principal executive offices which are currently located at 3▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇., ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ or at such other location as shall be approved by the Board, provided that such location is within the G▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Area (“Principal Place of Work”). It is also acknowledged that the Executive will also be required to attend MBI’s offices at 2▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇., Suite J, Houston, TX 77021, or at such other location as shall be approved by the Board, provided that such other location is within the State of Texas. It is acknowledged that the Executive may work from her home office from time to time. The Company will provide the Executive with all office related tools necessary to perform her duties.
