Principal Proceeds Clause Samples
The Principal Proceeds clause defines how the main funds generated from a transaction, such as the sale of an asset or repayment of a loan, are to be handled and distributed. Typically, this clause specifies the order of payments, identifying which parties receive the principal amounts and under what conditions, often distinguishing these proceeds from interest or other ancillary payments. Its core function is to ensure transparency and fairness in the allocation of the primary financial returns, thereby reducing disputes and clarifying the rights of each party involved.
