PRINCIPAL PURPOSE. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the ----------------- business and principal purpose of the Company is [a] to own and operate television programming services and to engage in any business reasonably related thereto, [b] to acquire, own, hold, sell, or otherwise dispose of interests in the assets used to operate such services, and [c] to do any and all other acts or things which may be incidental or necessary to carry on the Company Business as contemplated by this Agreement.
