PRINCIPAL PURPOSE. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the ----------------- business and principal purpose of the Company is [a] to engage in any Company Business, either directly or indirectly through the ownership of interests in Sports LLC, the Sports Companies, RPP LLC, fX LLC, or any other Person through which a Company Business is conducted, [b] to acquire, own, hold, sell or otherwise dispose of interests in the assets used to conduct any Company Business or interests in Sports LLC, the Sports Companies, RPP LLC, fX LLC, or any other Person through which a Company Business is conducted and [c] to do any and all other acts or things which may be incidental or necessary to carry on the business of the Company as contemplated by this Agreement.
