Principals and other administrators may make observations at any time during the school year, all of which observations shall be identified and included in the evaluation report. Within five (5) days upon completion of each classroom observation, the employee shall be given a written report or checklist of the observation. A meeting may be held between the principal or other administrator and the employee to discuss the report at the request of either the employee or the principal/administrator.
Principals and other administrators authorized to conduct evaluations may make observations other than those specifically required at any time during the school year. Such other observations shall be identified in the report as to date, time, and length of observation.

  • Stamp and other duties The Borrowers shall pay all stamp, documentary, registration or other like duties or taxes (including any duties or taxes payable by any of the Creditors) imposed on or in connection with any of the Underlying Documents, the Security Documents or the Loan and shall indemnify the Creditors or any of them against any liability arising by reason of any delay or omission by the Borrowers to pay such duties or taxes.

  • Brokers and Other Advisors No broker, investment banker, financial advisor or other Person is entitled to any broker’s, finder’s, financial advisor’s or other similar fee or commission in connection with the Transactions based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of Parent or any of its Subsidiaries except for Persons, if any, whose fees and expenses shall be paid by Parent.

  • Bills and Other Disbursements Upon receipt of Instructions, the Custodian shall pay, or cause to be paid, all bills, statements, or other obligations of a Fund.

  • ACCOUNTING AND OTHER TERMS Accounting terms not defined in this Agreement shall be construed following GAAP. Calculations and determinations must be made following GAAP. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Agreement shall have the meanings set forth in Section 13. All other terms contained in this Agreement, unless otherwise indicated, shall have the meaning provided by the Code to the extent such terms are defined therein.

  • Adjustments and Other Rights The Exercise Price and the number of Shares issuable upon exercise of this Warrant shall be subject to adjustment from time to time as follows; provided, that if more than one subsection of this Section 13 is applicable to a single event, the subsection shall be applied that produces the largest adjustment and no single event shall cause an adjustment under more than one subsection of this Section 13 so as to result in duplication:
