Common use of Principles Information Package Clause in Contracts

Principles Information Package. The Borrower shall supply to the Facility Agent as soon as the same become available, but in any event within five, 10 and 30 days after the end of, respectively, each monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly period beginning on April 1, 2020, the information required by section (F) of the Principles Information Package, with such information to be in reasonable detail and with appropriate calculations and computations in all respects reasonably satisfactory to the Facility Agent. All accounts required under this Section 9.01 shall be prepared in accordance with GAAP and shall fairly represent in all material respects the financial condition of the relevant company.
