Print Media Outreach. On December 8, 2011, in accordance with the Court’s December 1, 2011 Order Preliminarily Approving the Original Settlement Agreement, the Settlement Administrator disseminated press releases to print media in the United States and the District of Columbia. The content of the press releases notified Interstate Batteries’ customers that Interstate Batteries entered into a class action settlement regarding the implementation of its pro-rata warranty on certain Interstate Batteries trademarked batteries and that information about the settlement could be found on the Class Settlement Website.

  • Outreach Not less than 30 days prior to the opening of bids or the selection of contractors, the Agency-Assisted Contractor or Contractor shall:

  • Public Outreach The Sponsor is responsible for development and administration of a public outreach effort to ensure public awareness and involvement in the Project development and delivery process. The Sponsor shall provide a copy of the public outreach plan and all materials documenting the public outreach activities, including public notices, press releases, flyers, etc. to the Authority. The public outreach plan must accompany the first invoice for payment from Sponsor. The materials documenting the public outreach activities must accompany the final invoice for payment from Sponsor.

  • Games The Private Party shall not be entitled to introduce any arcade type amusement or gaming machines into the Restaurant Facility without the prior written approval of SANParks.

  • VOETSTOOTS The PROPERTY is sold: 8.1. Voetstoots in accordance with the Sectional Plan and the participation quota endorsed thereon with the opening of the Sectional Title Register, or as they are endorsed already, and any amendments or adjustments thereto from time to time in accordance with the terms of the Act and without any warranties express or implied, the SELLER shall not be liable for any patent or latent defects. This Clause is also applicable in the case of the bank holding back any retention amount out of its own accord or on request of the PURCHASER. 8.4. The SELLER undertakes to erect the unit according to the general building standards as set by Financial Institutions. The unit is be registered with the NHBRC. 8.5. Should a dispute arise or be declared, such dispute shall be resolved by an Arbitrator appointed by the Developer. The costs in respect thereof shall be borne by the unsuccessful party. Pending the outcome of the dispute, the PURCHASER shall be obliged to pay the outstanding amount to the Conveyancers who shall hold it in trust.

  • Digital Health The HSP agrees to: (a) assist the LHIN to implement provincial Digital Health priorities for 2017-18 and thereafter in accordance with the Accountability Agreement, as may be amended or replaced from time to time; (b) comply with any technical and information management standards, including those related to data, architecture, technology, privacy and security set for health service providers by MOHLTC or the LHIN within the timeframes set by MOHLTC or the LHIN as the case may be; (c) implement and use the approved provincial Digital Health solutions identified in the LHIN Digital Health plan; (d) implement technology solutions that are compatible or interoperable with the provincial blueprint and with the LHIN Cluster Digital Health plan; and (e) include in its annual Planning Submissions, plans for achieving Digital Health priority initiatives.
