Common use of Printed Matter Clause in Contracts

Printed Matter. Except as specifically set forth herein, no Software or Documentation which is provided by Next Gear pursuant to this Agreement in human-readable form (such as written or printed documents) shall be copied in whole or in part by Licensee without Next Gear’s prior written consent. Additional copies of printed materials may be obtained from Next Gear at such charges as may be in effect by Next Gear.
