Common use of PRIOR ACCOUNTS Clause in Contracts

PRIOR ACCOUNTS. Customer warrants that no monies are owed to TRICOLINK from previous accounts with TRICOLINK. If TRICOLINK finds a prior account with Customer where money is owed to TRICOLINK, then TRICOLINK may apply any funds received to that prior account.
