Common use of PRIOR ACCOUNTS Clause in Contracts

PRIOR ACCOUNTS. Customer warrants that no monies are owing to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ or VIBRANT. If VIBRANT finds a prior account with Customer with monies owed to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ or VIBRANT, then VIBRANT may apply any funds received to that prior account. Prior accounts where money is owed to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ or VIBRANT must be paid in full before starting broadband services.
