Prior Approval Needed. Employees seeking to utilize vacation credit shall obtain prior approval of the Superintendent or designee of the District before being eligible for use of such vacation credit.

Notification may be in person or by mail or telephone unless you have requested that notification be by mail. You must not assume approval until you receive actual notice of approval. The 14-day time period may be changed only by separate written agreement.
HSR Approval All applicable waiting periods (and any extensions thereof) under the HSR Act in respect of the Transactions shall have expired or been terminated.
