Prior Documentation. The Borrower acknowledges and agrees that immediately upon the drawdown of Tranche A and the application of the Tranche A Advance in repayment of all outstanding amounts under the Previous Facility Agreement: (a) each Lender’s Commitment under the Previous Facility Agreement is irrevocably and automatically reduced to zero; and (b) the Borrower shall have no further right to draw any amount under the Previous Facility Agreement and the Lenders shall have no further obligation to provide any further Advances under the Previous Facility Agreement.
