Common use of Prior Information Clause in Contracts

Prior Information. I agree to inform Company of any apparent conflicts between my work for Company and any pre-existing obligations I may have to preserve the confidentiality of another’s proprietary information or materials. Otherwise, by signing this Agreement and accepting employment with Company, Company may conclude that no such conflict exists, and I agree thereafter to make no such claim against Company. I agree not to disclose to Company or any of its Affiliates or use in Company’s business any information or material relating to the business of any third person and intended by that person not to be disclosed to Company or its Affiliates.
