Common use of Prior Names Clause in Contracts

(a) As of the Effective Date, neither the Borrower nor any Restricted Subsidiary has used or transacted business under any other corporate or trade name in the five-year period preceding the Effective Date except as set forth on Schedule 5.22(a) hereto.
