Prior Servicing. Bayview has caused the Mortgage Loans to be serviced in accordance with the Servicing Standard during the period Bayview owned the Mortgage Loans prior to the assumption of the servicing of the Mortgage Loans by the Servicer pursuant to this Agreement.
