Prior to commencement of Services Clause Samples

The 'Prior to commencement of Services' clause sets out specific requirements or conditions that must be fulfilled before any services under the contract can begin. Typically, this may include obtaining necessary approvals, providing proof of insurance, or completing certain preparatory tasks such as site access arrangements or initial payments. By clearly outlining these prerequisites, the clause ensures that both parties are adequately prepared and that the service provider can start work without unnecessary delays or disputes, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings and project interruptions.
