Prior to the issuance of Sample Clauses

The "Prior to the issuance of" clause establishes that certain actions, obligations, or conditions must be completed before a specific document, approval, or item is formally issued. For example, it may require that all necessary permits are obtained or that payments are made before a license or certificate is granted. This clause ensures that prerequisites are met in advance, thereby preventing premature issuance and reducing the risk of non-compliance or incomplete processes.
