Common use of Prior Written Approval Clause in Contracts

Prior Written Approval. The Recipient and the Board agree to obtain prior written approval from the Province before using any Government of Ontario or ministry logo or symbol in any communications including press releases, published reports, radio and television programs and public or private meetings, or in any other type of promotional material, relating to the Project or this Agreement.
