Common use of Priority Claims Clause in Contracts

Priority Claims. Except to the extent that a particular claimant agrees to a less favorable treatment approved by the Sponsor, allowed claims that are entitled to priority under section 507(a) of the Bankruptcy Code will be paid in full in cash or treated as otherwise provided for under the Bankruptcy Code.
