Priority of Adjustments. If this Section 3(h) requires adjustments to the Exercise Rate under more than one of subsections (i)(4), (ii) or (iii), and the record dates for the distributions giving rise to such adjustments shall occur on the same date, then such adjustments shall be made by applying, first, the provisions of subsection (i), second, the provisions of subsection (iii) and, third, the provisions of subsection (ii).
