The CNA will be subject to the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. § 552a) and applicable Commission regulations, when conducting AbilityOne Program qualified NPA site visits and/or in the event the CNA has reason to inspect personally identifiable information maintained for AbilityOne Program purposes.
