Privacy Expectations. Government contractor employees do not have a right, nor should they have an expectation, of privacy while using Government provided devices at any time, including accessing the Internet and using e-mail and voice communications. To the extent that employees wish that their private activities remain private, they should avoid using the Government provided device for limited personal use. By acceptance of the Government provided device, employees imply their consent to disclosing and/or monitoring of device usage, including the contents of any files or information maintained or passed -through that device.
Privacy Expectations. All activity on the district’s network when using a district-issued or personal device is public and property of the McAllen Independent School District. When using the district’s resources, users have no privacy in the contents of their personal files, their communication or any of their transactions including but not limited to receiving, creating, accessing, sending, or storing information. The district logs user access, allocates fileserver space, and archives all user files. Electronic auditing mechanisms include, but are not limited to, login attempts, logouts, systems accessed, inbound and outbound file transfers and activity, internet activity including websites visited, date, time and user associated with system events, logs of remote desktop, server, device access, terminal connections to and from external systems, sent and received email messages, downloaded material, including files deleted, modified, and accessed from any user’s account. The district’s technology resources are for instruction and to perform district duties. Users may use district technology resources for limited personal use, but there should be no expectation of privacy.
Privacy Expectations. The district may, without prior notice or consent, access, log, view, monitor and record use of student devices. Devices can be removed from student possession at any time and without notice. By the student use of district devices, students agree to such access and monitoring. Bellville ISD reserves the right to monitor all activity and use of the network. This includes, but not limited to, monitoring downloads, files, and documents stored in users’ folders, checking Internet histories and cache files, observing users screens, reading email if deemed necessary, and blocking what the district considers inappropriate sites. Sanctions may be both internal, involving loss of privileges or other district measures; or external, involving civil or criminal action under state or federal laws. All inappropriate items can be confiscated and only be returned to a parent/guardian. On occasion, duly authorized personnel have authority to access individual files or data to perform repair or maintenance of equipment, or through routine monitoring. Software may be used to track computer usage, system information, and remotely observe and manage network technology. Privacy Expectations. The Coaches and the Client agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any personal, professional, or sensitive information shared during the retreat.
Privacy Expectations. No right of privacy exists in the use of technological resources provided by the school. School system administrators or individuals designated by the Superintendent may review files, internet history logs, monitor communications/content activities, and intercept email messages to maintain system integrity and to ensure compliance with board policy and applicable laws and regulations. School system personnel shall monitor online activities of individuals who access the internet via school owned computers.
Privacy Expectations. While using a district provided device or district provided Google account, students should have no expectation of privacy. District technology staff and administration may review internet activity, device usage, documents/files, and/or electronic communication at any time to ensure compliance with expectations for appropriate use of district-provided devices and accounts.

By using Employer equipment, employees imply their consent to disclosing the contents of any files or information maintained or that pass-through Employer equipment. By using Employer equipment, employee consent to monitoring and recording is implied, including (but not limited to) accessing the Internet and using E-mail. Any use of Employer communications resources is made with the understanding that such use is generally not secure, is not private, and is not anonymous.
