Common use of Privacy Program Clause in Contracts

Privacy Program. The Contractor shall establish and maintain a company- wide Privacy Program designed to incorporate Privacy Policies and practices in its business operations to provide safeguards for Information, including County Information. The Contractor’s Privacy Program shall include the development of, and ongoing reviews and updates to, Privacy Policies, guidelines, procedures and appropriate workforce privacy training within its organization. These Privacy Policies, guidelines, procedures, and appropriate training will be provided to all Contractor employees, agents, and volunteers. The Contractor’s Privacy Policies, guidelines, and procedures shall be continuously reviewed and updated for effectiveness and compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and to appropriately respond to new and emerging Threats and Risks.
