Common use of Private Activity Clause in Contracts

Private Activity. The District will not take or omit to take any action or make any use of any proceeds of this Installment Purchase Agreement or of any other moneys or property which would cause the Series 2023 Installment Payments to be “private activity bonds” within the meaning of Section 141 of the Code.
