Common use of Private Line Clause in Contracts

Private Line. In lieu of any other rates or discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed charge of $3,500 for DS3 Private Line Service between two CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company. The Customer will pay minimum monthly recurring charges ranging from $13,972 to $17,000 for OC3 and OC12 Sonet Service between two locations mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company. The Customer will pay non-recurring Initial Ring Configuration charges ranging from $75.00 to $595 for OC3 and OC12 Sonet Service for the following service types: DS1, DS3 Flex Cities, DS3 Non-Flex Cities, per STS-1 and per OC1. International Private Line: In lieu of all other rates, discounts and promotions, Customer will pay a monthly recurring charge of $2,000 for the US ½ circuit for E1 International Private Line Service based on originating location, terminating location and bandwidth.
