Private Line. In lieu of any other rates or discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit charges ranging from $0.00 to $1,900 and per-mile charges ranging from $0.00 to $8.75 based on specified mileage bands for DS-1, DS-3 Linear and OC-3 Linear domestic Private Line Service.
