Common use of Private Line Clause in Contracts

Private Line. In lieu of any other rates or discounts, the Customer will pay a monthly recurring charge of $1,297 for DS-1 Private Line Service at a mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company. In lieu of all other rates or discounts, the Customer will pay monthly recurring charge of $442 and a non-recurring charge of $525 for point to point DS1 between 2 CLLI codes pairs mutually agreed upon by Customer and the Company.
