Common use of Private Open Space Clause in Contracts

Private Open Space. The Development’s open space requirements will be in accordance with the approved Development Plan (the “PD”) for the Development and shall comply with the Planned Development overlay applicable to the Development. Open Space will be platted with each Phase of the Development. Developer shall install amenities for the Development generally in the locations shown on the PD. The neighborhood amenities of the Development shall be specifically for the use of the Development’s residents.
