The Company has offered to sell and Broin Investments II, LLC has agreed to purchase 200 Class B Capital Units at a price of $5,000.00 per Unit in a private placement separate from the Offering. No additional Class B Capital Units may be purchased and no partial Class B Capital Units may be purchased. The total equity raised from the private sale of Class B Capital Units shall be $1,000,000.00.
