Private Use. All information services and features contained on Network resources are intended for the private use of its registered users. Any use of these resources for commercial-for-profit or other unauthorized purposes (e.g., advertisements, political lobbying), in any form, is expressly forbidden. In addition, providing personal web services via the Network is not permitted absent prior written authorization from the appropriate Administrator.
Private Use. Where the vehicle is available for private use, the following conditions apply: Reasonable Use The vehicle may be used for reasonable private use, which provides for local and some non- local travel. Interstate journeys and extensive use on vacations should be specified in advance, with an estimate of the usage for prior approval by Department Managers. Such extended use normally requires the payment for fuel by the Employee. No trailers, or similar towable items may be towed for private use without prior permission of the General Manager. Other vehicles may not be towed, except in circumstances where life or property is endangered by not towing.
Private Use. Recipient shall not, without prior written consent of OEM, permit more than five percent (5%) of the Equipment to be used in a "private use" by a "private person" (as defined in the Code) if such private use could result in the State of Oregon, receiving direct or indirect payments or revenues from the portion of the Equipment to be privately used.
Private Use. This Agreement is for User and User’s authorized guests (any person(s) that is staying with a member of the Rock Harbor subdivision) private use of the Slip. Use of the Marina by renters is not allowed (Rock Harbor Covenants, Article XII). User shall not use the Dock or the Boat for any business purposes whatsoever, including but not limited to chartering, client entertainment, and/or leasing. To extent slips are available, User’s authorized guests may park their watercraft in the visitor slip locations at the Dock with prior approval from the Rock Harbor Board of Directors or its delegate, but for no longer than 3 consecutive days, provided that the guest pays an additional fee of $75 in advance and provides proof of liability insurance in the same amounts as required of User. The User shall be responsible for any liabilities, damages, costs, and/or expenses arising from User’s guest(s).
Private Use. Where the vehicle is available for private use, the following conditions apply:
(i) Reasonable Use The vehicle may be used for reasonable private use only.
(ii) Towing No trailers or similar towable items may be towed for private use without prior permission of the Manager. Other vehicles may not be towed, except in circumstances where life or property is endangered by not towing
Private Use. For the term of this Declaration, the Association Property (except as otherwise specifically provided in this Declaration) is not for the use and enjoyment of the public, but is expressly reserved for the private use and enjoyment of Declarant, the Association, the Owners and each of their respective family members, guests, invitees and tenants, but only in accordance with this Declaration.
A. Notwithstanding anything in this Declaration to the contrary, however, Declarant hereby expressly reserves for itself and its Affiliates the right to use the Association Property for such period of time as Declarant determines to be necessary in connection with the sale and marketing by Declarant and/or its Affiliates of Homes in Lakeside Landing and in any other communities developed or to be developed by Declarant or its Affiliates, including, but not limited to, the holding of sales and marketing meetings and engaging in sales promotions and related sales and marketing activities for the general public.
B. Except to the extent herein provided and in the Lakeside Landing Documents, the Association Property shall be for the sole and exclusive use of the Owners and residents of Lakeside Landing, and each of their respective family members, guests, invitees and tenants.
C. The administration, management, operation and maintenance of the Association Property shall be the responsibility of the Association, as provided herein and in the Lakeside Landing Documents.
D. The right to use the Association Property shall be subject to the rules and regulations established by the Association, as the same may be amended from time to time.
Private Use. The provisions of this Easement Agreement are not intended to and do not constitute a dedication for public use of the Easement Property, and the rights herein created are private and for the benefit only of the Parties hereto, their successors and assigns.
Private Use. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall ever be deemed to create a gift or dedication of all or any portion of the District Tract or the Temple Tract to the general public or for any public use or public purpose whatsoever. It is the intention of the parties that this Agreement shall be for the exclusive benefit of the parties and their respective Permittees, successors, and assigns. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall confer upon any person or entity other than the District or the Temple, and their respective Permittees, successors and assigns, any rights or remedies under or by reason of this Agreement.
Private Use. The Grantee shall not, without prior written consent of OWEB, permit more than five percent (5%) of the Project to be used for Private Use by a Private Person if such Private Use could result in the State of Oregon receiving direct or indirect payments or revenues from the portion of the Project to be privately used.
Private Use. This Agreement is for private use of the Slip. If Owner intends to use Vessel for any business purposes whatsoever, including but not limited to chartering, client entertainment, brokerage, etc., a separate agreement with RHLLC will be required. Failure to disclose a business use is clause for RHLLC to terminate this Agreement.
