Privity. Wherever this Agreement is expressed as conferring rights on one or more Spark Affiliates, those rights will be enforceable by each Spark Affiliate under Part 2, Subpart 1 of the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017, provided that those Spark Affiliates will not be entitled to bring proceedings against Supplier except with ▇▇▇▇▇’s written consent. Where a Spark Affiliate enters into an Agreement with Supplier, only the Spark Affiliate incurs any obligation or liability to Supplier with respect to that Agreement. Dispute resolution
