Pro-rata Application. Unless otherwise provided for in this Collective Agreement or unless the context otherwise requires, the provisions of this Collective Agreement shall be read and interpreted in respect to any particular Continuous Part-Time Member pro rata, based on the percentage workload which that particular Continuous Part-Time Member is then working.
