Probation Department. All probation conditions and release compliance remain the responsibility of the AB 109 probation officer assigned to a specific offender. These conditions are predetermined before release from custody to probation, post release community supervision, or mandatory supervised release. The offenders will be under the supervision of their assigned probation officer or ACT probation officer.
