Probation following the reclassification of a position. a) When an employee has completed the initial probationary period for the position held by him/her, the employee shall not be placed on probation following the reclassification of his/her position. or b) When an employee has not completed the initial probationary period for the position held by him/her, the employer shall continue the initial probationary period as specified in this Collective Agreement from the date of appointment to such position.
