Common use of Probationary Contract Clause in Contracts

Probationary Contract. A teacher in his/her fourth or subsequent year of employment in the District, whose work is not satisfactory, may be placed on one year's probation upon the recommendation of administrators and approval by the School Board. In such case, the teacher shall remain at the same salary for the year just completed. A teacher may be placed on probation not to exceed one year.
