Probationary Contracts. During the first two years of a teacher’s employment by the Board, the teacher shall be considered to be on probation. During this period of probation, a Board decision to dismiss, suspend, or not offer a renewal contract to the teacher shall be final and shall not be subject to the grievance procedure of this Agreement. If the Board decides not to renew the teacher's contract for the next school year, the teacher will be notified as provided in 6.3.
