Procedure for Adoption. 1. The Committee will survey the staff for input before the proposals are drafted. The committee will submit no less than two (2), nor more than three (3) proposals to the staff for input. 2. The prepared calendar will be submitted to the Superintendent for comments prior to its presentation to the Board of Education. The Board may, in turn, approve, disapprove, modify, or amend such calendar. 3. Suggestions for modification or amendment may be made and the calendar may be returned to the committee for final reworking and/or approval.
