Procedure for Advance Payment of Expenses. Indemnitee shall submit to the Fund a written request specifying the Indemnifiable Expenses for which Indemnitee seeks an advancement under Section 8, together with documentation evidencing that Indemnitee has incurred such Indemnifiable Expenses.
