PROCEDURE FOR APPROVAL OF SETTLEMENT. The parties will seek approval of this Settlement Agreement at a public hearing before the Commission scheduled for February 10, 2016, or on another date agreed to by Commission Staff and CII, according to the procedures set out in this Settlement Agreement and the Commission’s Rules of Procedure.

PROCEDURE FOR APPROVAL OF SETTLEMENT. The parties will seek approval of this Settlement Agreement at a public hearing before the Commission scheduled for February 10June 27, 20162017, or on another date agreed to by Commission Staff and CIIthe RBC Registrants (the “Settlement Hearing”), according to the procedures set out in this Settlement Agreement and the Commission’s 's Rules of Procedure.

The parties will seek approval of this Settlement Agreement at a public hearing before the Commission scheduled for February 10April 15, 20162011, or on another date agreed to by Commission Staff and CIIthe Respondent, according to the procedures set out in this Settlement Agreement and the Commission’s Rules of ProcedurePractice.
