PROCEDURE FOR ARBITRATION PROCEEDINGS. The parties desiring to submit a matter to arbitration shall deliver to the other a notice of intention to arbitrate. This notice shall state the matter at issue and shall state in what respect the Agreement has been violated, or misinterpreted, by reference to the specific clause, or clauses relied upon. The notice shall also stipulate the nature of the relief, or remedy sought.
