Procedure for Notification. If a grievance or dispute with respect to the interpretation or application of any terms of this Memorandum of Understanding is not satisfactorily settled, the Union may demand in writing that it be submitted to arbitration before a Board of Arbitration hereinafter described and referred to as the "Board", and SunLine and the Union shall arbitrate such grievances or disputes. This demand shall be served upon SunLine within fifteen (15) days from the date of the delivery of the decision of the General Manager or designee of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, on the grievance or dispute rendered in Step Two of the Grievance Procedure, as set forth in Article G-20.
