Procedure for Opening Letters of Credit. The Issuing Lender will notify each Lender after the end of each calendar month of any L/C Applications received by the Issuing Lender from Borrower during such month. Upon receipt of any L/C Application from Borrower, the Issuing Lender will process such L/C Application, and the other certificates, documents and other papers delivered to the Issuing Lender in connection therewith, in accordance with its customary procedures and, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, shall promptly open such Letter of Credit by issuing the original of such Letter of Credit to the beneficiary thereof and by furnishing a copy thereof to Borrower and, after the end of the calendar month in which such Letter of Credit was opened, to the other Lenders; provided that no such Letter of Credit shall be issued if subsection 3.1 would be violated thereby or the Issuing Lender has received notice from the Administrative Agent that a condition precedent to the issuance of such Letter of Credit is not satisfied.
