(a) If an Employee wishes to raise a health and safety issue in a workplace, that Employee must report it to the Health and Safety Representative or to the Employer’s Site Safety Supervisor or another management representative. (b) An Employee may take all steps that are necessary, including leaving the Employee’s part of the workplace, to report an issue. (c) If the Employer’s Site Safety Supervisor identifies a health and safety issue they must report it to the Health and Safety Representative.
