Procedure for Revolving Borrowings. The Borrower shall give Lender written notice (or telephonic notice promptly confirmed in writing) of each Revolving Borrowing substantially in the form of Exhibit 2.06 attached hereto (a “Revolving Draw Request”) prior to 11:00 a.m. one (1) Business Day prior to the requested date of each Revolving Loan. Each Revolving Draw Request shall be irrevocable and shall specify: (i) the aggregate principal amount of the related Borrowing and (ii) the date of the related Borrowing (which shall be a Business Day). The aggregate principal amount of each Revolving Borrowing shall be not less than $100,000 and shall be in multiples of $100,000.
