The Company may terminate Executive’s employment and this Agreement during the Employment Term without Cause by delivering at least thirty (30)-days’ prior written notice stating the Termination Date. During the period between the delivery of the notice of termination and the Termination Date, Executive’s employment 6 shall continue and Executive shall continue to perform Executive’s duties and cooperate in the orderly transition of Executive’s duties.
