Procedure for the Amendment to the Policies and Procedures and the Terms and Conditions a. Prior to making an amendment to the Policies and Procedures, CRISP will consult with the appropriate Advisory Committee. CRISP will give due consideration to the input of the Advisory Board as to the need for and the specific terms of the amendment, but the final decision as to the need for and/or the terms of the amendment will be made by CRISP. CRISP shall post amendments to the Policies and Procedures to the CRISP website and provide 30 days notice to participants prior to the amendment(s) effective date.

  • Standard Terms and Conditions Executive expressly understands and acknowledges that the Standard Terms and Conditions attached hereto are incorporated herein by reference, deemed a part of this Agreement and are binding and enforceable provisions of this Agreement. All Data security provisions agreed to by the Authorized User and Contractor within the Authorized User Agreement may not be diminished for the duration of the Authorized User Agreement without prior written agreement by the parties amending the Authorized User Agreement.
